###### What tools do you work with?
I work with a variety of CRM, project management, scheduling, and automation tools, including Dubsado, Hubspot, ClickUp, Calendly, Make and other platforms. Recommendations are based on your business needs, goals, and existing workflows.
###### What if I already have systems in place?
That's perfectly fine. I can assess your current setup, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize your existing systems rather than starting from scratch when appropriate.
###### How long does implementation take?
Project timelines vary depending on the complexity of your systems and the scope of work. Most projects are completed within 3–6 weeks. A more accurate timeline will be provided after our Discovery Call.
###### Can you work with my existing tools?
Yes. Whenever possible, I work with the tools you already use and enjoy. If additional tools or integrations would better support your goals, I'll provide recommendations and explain why they're beneficial.
###### What can be automated?
The types of automation available depend on your business processes and the tools you use. Common examples include emails and follow-ups, appointment reminders, invoices and payment reminders, client onboarding communications, document delivery, and feedback requests. My goal is to identify repetitive, manual tasks and create systems that improve efficiency, reduce administrative workload, and free up your time for higher-value work.
